Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available at the store free of charge, simply select a date that you would like to collect your order when you checkout.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over £30.  We are a small, independent business so our delivery rates are calculated to cover the basic costs of fuel and staff time.

0 to 1 miles: £2.50

1 to 3 miles: £4

3 to 7 miles: £6

7 to 10 miles £8

10 to 20 miles: £13

Local delivery is only available within a 20 mile radius of the shop.  For a delivery that falls outside this zone please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we will ensure your delivery occurs on the requested day but we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Orders are delivered once - if the recipient is not home to receive the delivery we will leave the flowers in a secure place (if one is available) or with a neighbour (if they are willing to accept the order). If they are returned to the shop a delivery note is left informing the recipient that we have tried to deliver flowers.  The recipient must contact the store to arrange collection.

To avoid unnecessary delays please ensure you have the correct delivery details and that the recipient is available to accept the order on the day that you have selected.

If you can forward a google street view picture of the delivery address it is very helpful as rural houses are often not numbered and difficult to find.
